Technical Product Owner Compliance

Tradesparent provides technology services to manage various compliance reporting requirements of clients' financial instrument portfolio, such as Dodd Frank, Emir and MAS. Our clients need to report their financial transactions on a daily basis and also monitor their derivative positions against certain regulatory and exchange limits. With our technology we are able to enable this successfully.
 

As Technical Product Owner (TPO) Compliance you will manage the technical aspects of the product development and customer success for the Compliance Product Group, which consists of two core Business Applications: Transaction reporting and Exchange Limit monitoring.

As TPO you will be part of the the SaaS team and work closely with Sales Operations to assure ongoing customer success. We're looking for someone that has a strong set of entrepreunerial skills, because you will be responsible for the ongoing optimisation of the product. Of course, we will be there to teach, help and guide you along the way!

About the job

What you will do

  • Help define the vision and roadmap for the Compliance Product Group

  • Ongoing maintenance and support, both corrective and adaptive

  • Product Backlog Management

  • Overseeing development stages of core software data processing space (.NET/C#)

  • Hands on programming of the functional layer database management and information retrieval space
    (MS SQL Server/TSQL)

  • Anticipating client needs

  • Acting as primary liaison between Customer consultants and SaaS team

  • Evaluating product progress at each iteration

  • Maintenance of business logic & functional operations of Compliance products

  • Support clients on current installed installations

  • Preventive management of products basis external and internal Compliance and Product changes

  • Be aware of any changes in Regulatory Compliance topics globally

  • Improvements to functional operations of Compliance Products

 

What you will bring​​

  • Deep understanding of MS SQL Server and tSQL

  • Proficient in software design and development

  • Preferable: Knowledge in financial instruments and compliance reporting requirements

  • Preferable: Experience with DTCC connections & submissions

  • Balances hard skills with interpersonal ability

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.   

  • Based in India.
